A.No.283 of 2025 has been filed to withdraw the suit in OS.No.2351 of 2022 from the file of the XXI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to this court to be tried along with the above suit . A.No.284 of 2025 has been filed to stay all further proceedings of the suit in OS.No.2351 of 2022 from the file of the XXI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, pending disposal of the above application.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has strong objection to the allegations made in paragraph Nos.3, 4 & 5. Except these paragraphs, he has no objection in allowing A.No.283 of 2025. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the submission and recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, A.No.283 of 2025 is allowed.
