ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11389 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020. that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11389 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
