In response to the queries raised by this Court with regard to the nature of grievance sought to be ventilated by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue legal remedy against the Fourth Respondent before the competent forum for the required relief and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
