Considering the claim made in the Paragraph 7 of the plaint, this application is allowed, the following additional issues are framed for trial:- Whether the suit is barred by limitation?

The other issues suggested by the learned counsel in this application are unnecessary, since they will be covered by the 1st issue on the question of limitation.

2.Registry is directed to list the suit before the learned Additional Master - IV for evidence on 27.09.2021.
