This petition has been filed to direct the sub Court, Uthangarai, speedy disposal of the case in O.S No. 24 of 2019 as time frame fixed by

this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.On perusal of the records, it reveals that the petitioner is aged about more than 70 years. Hence, the sub Court, Uthangarai, is directed to dispose O.S No. 24 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In result, this petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
