ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., 31.07.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 02.08.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, it shows that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Criminal Revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
