ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file Charge Sheet in Crime No.2127 of 2014 within a reasonable period, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that a case in Crime No.2127 of 2014 has been registered under section 174 Cr.P.C. Hence, a positive direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, with due intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
