Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings passed in Na.Ka.54/2014/A dated 15.05.2014 on the file of the second respondent herein, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to include the names of the petitioner's daughter Vijayalakshmi and Grand Sons viz., Sri Nithin and Kaushik in the Family Card bearing No.13/G/0976727 pertaining to the petitioner.
