ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.12.2022 & 17.04.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given representations dated 12.12.2022 & 17.04.2026 for cancellation of existing patta and issuance of fresh patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Survey No. 43/3B, measuring an extent of 0.28.5 Ares, situated at Perungalampoondi Village, Karanai Union, Villupuram District

3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations dated 12.12.2022 & 17.04.2026 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of ten weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.12.2022 & 17.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same, taking into consideration of the report of the Deputy Tahsildar dated 09.05.2023, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after due notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents.
