PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to sanction the annual increments which falls due on 01.07.2015, 01.07.2016 and 01.07.2017 for the post of Assistant and to fix the pay of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Accounts Officer on 01.08.2017 on his promotion in the Scale of Pay Bond 2-9300-34800+ Grade Pay Rs.5100/- duly permitting him to draw pay the arrears of pay and allowances from 01.07.2014 to till date retrospectively with interest at 12% per annum for the abnormal delayed payment within a time frame.
