This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the above Review Application.
2. Mr. J.Hariharan @ Harish, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition dismissed on 28.10.2021. He would submit that since the petitioner, aged about 78 years, is unable to travel to Chennai and after Covid Pandemic, she visited his counsel and came to know the fact of dismissal of C.R.P., now she has filed the above Review Application to review the order. However, the delay of 5 days arose and the delay is neither willful nor wanton. Hence, he has filed the above petition.
3. Mr.S.Ravi, learned counsel for respondent appeared and rasied his formal objections.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed.
5. The Registry is print the name of Mr.S.Ravi for M/s.Gupta and Ravi, learned counsel for respondent in the cause list and also directed to number the review application if it is otherwise found to be in order and and post the matter on 24.08.2022.
