This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.20386 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 by the learned Principal Session Judge, Chennai. 2.Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into account, the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Session Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.20386 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
