PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct to the respondent herein to expedite the investigation and trace the vehicle involved in Crime No.459/PH1/2021 and consequently to file final report. For Petitioner : M/S P.K.Harinath Babu.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.459 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 16.06.2021, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
