Crl.M.P.No.8653 of 2024 Crl.M.P.No.8653 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8889 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Court, dated 12.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8889 of 2024 in para No.5(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared and signed before the respondent police from 25.04.2024 to 03.05.2024 and thereafter, due to his ill health, the petitioner could not appear before the respondent police till date. Hence, prays to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified that "the petitioner shall to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 4 months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation".
