PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petition for cancellation of patta dated 26.3.2018 submitted by the petitioner pending on the file of the respondent herein within the time as stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petition filed by the petitioner on 26.3.2018, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of patta issued in favour of one Ramasamy.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 17.11.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the necessary documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already conducted the enquiry and he has again call the parties for enquiry on 17.11.2020 at 3 p.m., there shall be a direction to the respondent to afford an opportunity to the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ramasamy and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
