ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 08.07.2021 in W.P.No.9855 of 2021 directed the respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate within a period of two weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order. Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent/District Revenue Officer, passed an order, dated 11.12.2021 rejecting the petitioner's application of seeking No Objection Certificate and he has also produced the copy of the order, dated 11.12.2021 and hence, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed as no further adjudication is required in this petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so aggrieved.
