This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.434 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.30557 of 2022 by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2023.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in P.R.C.No.7 of 2023 has been committed to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal on 13.04.2023.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.434 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.30557 of 2022 vide order dated 12.01.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, on the first working day of July and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Sessions Judge.
