No.104 of 2015 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai and quash the same as illegal, unlawful and violation of principles of natural justice and further direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai, to grant an opportunity of hearing the S.A. No.104 of 2015.

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in D.R.A.T." In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. In the event of the petitioners preferring an appeal within a period of one week, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, shall take necessary steps to consider and decide the same expeditiously. No costs.
