This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12827 of 2022 to pay a sum of Rs.32,500/-(Rupees Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the credit of Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College and Hospital, Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Near Anna Arch, Chennai - 600106.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to the credit of Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College and Hospital, Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Near Anna Arch, Chennai - 600106 and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 26.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. 14.07.2022 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
