ORDER

Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the suspension order/proceedings dated 10.10.2022 and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.12.2022, requesting for revocation of the order of suspension and that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the said representation/requisition for revocation of suspension on merits, within a specific time frame.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is therefore allowed at the admission stage itself, by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
