Mr.L.Murali Krishnan, learned counsel who has come by way of change of vakalat on behalf of applicant in O.A.No.519 of 2021 submits that he will remove the objections and represent the vakalatnama in the Registry today. To be noted, his name is shown in the cause list albeit with a noting that Vakalatnama returned for some objections.

3. Ms.A.Niveditha, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Sivaraman, counsel on record for applicants in Arb. Appln.No.358 of 2021 (to vacate the interim order) is before this Court.

4. Both the learned counsel submit that the captioned matters have been settled out of Court. Both the learned counsel have made Page No:1/4

endorsements in their respective applications seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned matters. Scanned reproduction of endorsements made by the respective counsel are as follows: Page No:2/4

5. Aforementioned endorsements are reiterated by both the learned counsel in the hearing today.
