These petitions are filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.5797 of in Crl.O.P.No.8129 of 2019, dated 27.04.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in these petitions, both the petitions are ordered and the time already granted by this Court on 27.04.2019 is extended for further period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
