ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.03.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for a transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 10.11.2020 at 02.00.p.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
