O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the conditional amount, as granted vide order dated 18.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14582 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14582 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020 with some conditions. But, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within the stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) in favour of the Commissioner of Corporation, Chennai, (for the purpose of Amma Unavaagam) from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.

5. Post the matter on 23.11.2020, under the caption 'for reporting compliance".
