(Crime No.433 of 2020) Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10999 of 2020 on 24.07.2020 that the petitioners shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crime No.433 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10999 of 2020 on 24.07.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10999 of 2020 on 24.07.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders.. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
