ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.06.2024 seeking allotment of house at Door No.G-62, k.P.Park, Demellows Road, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that there is a prescribed form to apply for allotment of tenement. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application in the prescribed form within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
