ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3.It is seen that the petitioner is facing trial for the offence under Section 302 IPC in PRC No.27 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur. It is also seen that the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against the petitioner before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer and that this petitioner was asked to appear before the Revenue Authorities. He has rushed to this Court with this application.
