O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the docket order dated 26.09.2016 in I.A.No.22 of 2016 in R.C.A.No.12 of 2016 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, within a stipulated time. 2.On perusing the typed set of papers, it reveals that R.C.A.No.12 of 2016 has been filed by the petitioners/tenants to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 26.02.2016 passed in R.C.O.P. No.41 of 2006 and they had also filed I.A.No.22 of 2016 to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the fair and decreetal order dated 26.02.2016. In I.A.No.22 of 2016, on 21.04.2016, notice to the respondent has been ordered. On 22.06.2016, fresh notice has been ordered for the hearing on 26.09.2016, on that date, Mr.K.R.R, an Advocate, has filed a vakalat for the respondents and for counter, adjourned to 21.11.2016. So there is no necessity for setting aside the docket order dated 26.09.2016 made in I.A.No.22 of 2016. 3.At the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he wants early disposal of I.A.No.22 of 2016 in R.C.A.No.12 of 2016.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

5.In view of the above, the learned Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Sub-Court, Tambaram), is directed to dispose of I.A.No.22 of 2016 in R.C.A.No.12 of 2016, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
