This Petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- jointly to the credit of the Crime No.2 of 2024 within a priod of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9884 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all petitioners are family members and require time to mobilize the funds. The counsel also prayed for a modification of the conditions imposed on them.
3. The learned counsel for the Intervenor raised objections, stating that the amount involved is Rs.1,25,00,000/- and that A1 and other petitioners had benefited from the said amount, which was transferred by the defacto complainant through RTGS.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as A3 to A7 and that no amount has been recovered from them.

5. Upon considering both sides submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions'. The petitioners are now directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioners in Crime No.2 of 2024, on proper identification, and in a manner consistent with the law.
