This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners dated 30.03.2024. 2/6

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioners that a suit is pending as against the official respondent in respect of the subject property. Pending suit, an attempt has been made to change the revenue records. Hence, the petitioner has made representation dated 30.03.2024 before the respondents not to change the revenue records. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5.
Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that in view of the pendency of the suit under Rule 4(4) of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Rules, 1987, the revenue records will not be changed till the disposal of the suit. The said submission is recorded.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
