It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent/Police, and therefore, suitable direction may be given to the respondent/Police, not to harass the petitioner and action may be taken against the Police Personnel of Vikravandi Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I am unable to accept the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the prayer sought for in this Petition, the petitioner wants action to be taken against Police Personnel of Vikravandi Police Station, based on his complaint dated 15.12.2014. A reading of the said complaint makes it clear that the petitioner admitted that he was an accused in various cases, and he also underwent sentence, and he came out from imprisonment on 07.12.2014, and on 11.12.2014, Police Personnel of Vikravandi Police Station, took him for enquiry, and after realising that he has not committed any offence, allowed him to go free. The petitioner has also given an undertaking that he has reformed himself, and he will not indulge in any criminal activities in future. Therefore, in the complaint/representation, dated 15.12.2014, the petitioner has not made any allegation against the Police Personnel of Vikravandi Police Station. Hence, the direction sought for, by the petitioner, in this Petition cannot be given based on his complaint, dated 15.12.2014. 3.
