This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners, by an order dated 01.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12999 of 2022, that each of the petitioners shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that each of the petitioners shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
