The petitioner seeks direction upon the second respondent to register his complaint, dated 31.01.2015, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioner has given his complaint to the first respondent/Superintendent of Police. 4.

In view of the above submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to given a copy of his complaint, dated 31.01.2015 to the concerned Station House Officer. As and when, the Station House Officer receives complaint from the petitioner, he shall act in accordance with law by registering the crime, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
