This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2017 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 09.12.2017 before the respondent police and the same was received by the respondent police and has given C.S.R.No.328 of 2017, sofar no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

4. Since the respondent police received the complaint on 09.12.207, so far no action has been taken by the respondent police, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
