ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint and not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry, she has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.104/2015 pursuant to the complaint lodged by one Joshua. It is also seen that this petitioner has also lodged a complaint against the said Joshua on 23.02.2015 to the Commissioner of Police. Hence, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, she can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit herself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry.
