ORDER

Mrs.M.R.Jagatheeswari, W/o M.Ramasamy, the petitioner herein, claims to be owner of the land covered in Survey Nos.302 and 303, being Nanja and Punja agricultural land and an electricity service connection was also obtained bearing No.SS II/47 Melkavarapatty for the electrical motor situated in her land. The said service connection stands in the name of her husband Mr.Ramasamy. In view of the failure of borewell, the petitioner was unable to use the electrical motor for irrigation purpose and the service connection was also temporarily disconnected in or about 1981. In the meanwhile, clandestinely, the third respondent made efforts to reconnect the service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

connection in his name. Although the said effort was objected to by the petitioner, it has not paid any heed. Therefore, she has given a representation on 16.9.2016 to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider her request.

2. The learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 sought for reasonable time to dispose of the said representation.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, hereby directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.9.2016 and pass appropriate orders, after hearing the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, W.M.P.No.2241 of 2019 is closed. No costs.
