PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, not to accord any approval to the respondents 4 to 6 herein for laying pipeline either on or beneath the water bodies and water courses comprised in Agraharam Manappalli/Government Manappalli Village Survey No.409/1B, 425/13C situate in Manappalli Village through land comprised in Survey Nos.352 and 353 via lands comprised in
Survey Nos.356, 355, 363A and 363B for the purpose of drawing Cauvery River Water by putting up illegal constructions with an intention to sell the same to the other farmers in a commercial way under the guise of Farmers Association, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 28.05.2019.
