Canara Bank instead of Syndicate Bank where it has been mentioned and also in the plaint and pleadings like short and long cause title, statement of address and also to grant permission to the applicant to carry out the amendment in the plaint filed in C.S.No.752 of 2012.

2.Being satisfied with the accompanied affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
