Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal based on the original impugned order filed before this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. Registry is directed to 2/4

return the original copy of the impugned order to enable the petitioner to adjudicate the matter before appropriate authority after retaining a photocopy of the impugned order.
