ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.02.2020, wherein the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is seeking for mutation of the Revenue records in his name with regard to the subject property.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 25.11.2020 at 03.00.p.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
