This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11361 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, daily Morning at 10.30 a.m and Evening 05.30 p.m, until further orders.
