Senthurpari v. The District Collector

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, has placed on record a compliance report. It is stated that on 7.7.2023 the officials went to the spot. On the said date, the encroacher requested for one week's time to evict the encroachment made by her. The entire encroachment on the panchayat road, i.e., sanitary pipeline and sanitary tank, was removed on 13.7.2023.

The compliance report is accepted. In view of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
