Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders made in Na.Ka.No.310183/E2-1/04, dated 19.07.2005 and Na.Ka.No.310183/E2-1/04 dated 19.07.2005 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners in the post of Junior Assistant (from the date of initial appointment).
