O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.24 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on file as C.C.No.725 of 2014. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court withdraw the petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that in this case charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur taken on file as C.C.No.725 of 2014 and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
