The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records vide FIR Crime No.73 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent and to quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.73 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore on 31.01.2014 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.73 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
