ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to secure the petitioner's minor daughter viz., V.Vidhya, aged about 16 years, from the illegal custody of respondents 3 to 6, produce her before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner, the present petition has been filed by the father of the detenue. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has been secured and thereafter joined the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
