Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.10.2020 seeking for One Time Settlement (OTS) for making payment of Rs.1,28,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty Eight Lakhs) considering his payment of Rs.32 lakhs being 25% of OTS proposal, by way of Demand Draft dated 06.10.2020 drawn on Axis Bank and the balance amount by way of two settlements i.e.32 lakhs before 31.10.2020 and the balance amount of Rs.64 lakhs before 24.12.2020 to enable the petitioner to redeem his personal property offered as security. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after advancing arguments seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy under the Right to Information Act to know about the fate of his representation dated 07.10.2020 and undertakes to send 2/4

necessary endorsement through e-mail to the Registry of this Court.
