ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of proceedings in C.C.No.3141 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore.

2. The complaint has been filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. This Court is not able to find any grounds justifying the transfer sought for by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this oder, if it has not already been completed.
