Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioners should appear before the Respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. pending revision imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.12579 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1385 of 2016 dated Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PAARTHIBAN V. Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KRITIKA KAMAL.P Government Advocate[crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In Crl.M.P.No.12579 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1385 of 2016, this Court granted suspension of sentence and bail on 25.11.2016 to the petitioners on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioners should report before the respondent police once in a week on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. This petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition from 19.12.2016.

4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the revision petition and if they are not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
