ORDER

Ms.S.Anitha Shanmugam, learned Special Government Pleader has produced a proceeding that has been issued by the second respondent on 30.07.2024 rejecting the request of the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate grounds.

2. As the order has been passed by the second respondent, though there is some delay, I am not inclined to hold the second respondent in contempt. The delay is on account of the fact that they were awaiting the report of the Tahsildar regarding the assets and liabilities of the contempt petitioner.

3. Consequently, the contempt petition is closed. It is for the contempt petitioner to work out her right challenging the order dated 30.07.2024 in the manner known to law.
